We'll discuss:

• what matters to the participant;
• current supports and barriers;
• communication, language, or access needs; and
• next steps, timing, and whether my role fits.

Hero is based in Sacramento. Appointments are scheduled in Pacific Time. Google Calendar may display times in your local time zone, so check the time-zone label when booking.

If you need an interpreter, AAC or typing, extra processing time, phone instead of video, or another access arrangement, note it when you schedule or contact me directly.

Booking privacy: Please enter only the participant's age in the age field, without names or case details. You can request communication or language support without sharing private records.

A little information is enough

Share your name, how to reach you, where you are with planning or SDP, and what help you're seeking. Mention any communication or access needs.

Please do not send sensitive records yet

Please do not send a UCI or other regional-center identifier, insurance information, private medical or clinical records, a full IPP, individual-budget or Spending Plan records, FMS records, financial or banking information, or other sensitive participant records through a general website form or initial open contact message.

If records are needed, we can establish an appropriate way to exchange them.
