Accessibility
Hero Facilitation is designed so information can be used in more than one way.
What this site is designed to support
The site is designed with keyboard access, visible focus, responsive reflow, meaningful headings and landmarks, text alternatives for images, reduced-motion support, and English/Spanish language identification in mind.
Essential information should remain available in text rather than depending on an image alone.
WCAG 2.2 Level AA is used as a design and testing reference. This is not a claim of full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance.
Listen to this page
When supported by the browser, the site offers an optional “Listen to this page” control that can read visible main-page content and provide pause, resume, and stop controls.
This feature is a convenience, not a replacement for a screen reader or other assistive technology.
Ongoing testing
Accessibility is part of ongoing site maintenance, not a one-time statement.
Prior Hero website builds have been checked for keyboard operation, visible focus, heading structure, labels, responsive reflow, text enlargement, reduced motion, forced-colors behavior, image alternatives, language metadata, and English/Spanish structural parity. Testing continues on the published site as content and features change and when accessibility barriers are reported.
A complete real-world test with TalkBack, NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver has not yet been completed.
Report an accessibility barrier
If something on this website prevents you from reading, navigating, understanding, or using the information, please tell me. You do not need to know the technical accessibility term.
It helps to describe the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened.
